If you don’t have a supervisor, you can select one from our curated list of mentors on the portal.

This option is designed for schools that wish to register multiple students as a group. Schools can submit projects for each student or team and enjoy the benefits of group participation. This option encourages collaboration and fosters a spirit of academic excellence within the school community.

For organisations such as research institutes, NGOs, or academic foundations that want to engage students and professionals in the competition. Affiliated organisations can submit projects from their members or participants, benefiting from special privileges designed to foster collaboration and innovation.

Submit Your Project

Review and Evaluation

Judges evaluate submissions based on category-specific criteria, shortlisting finalists for excellence and alignment with competition goals.

Announcement of Finalists

Judges evaluate submissions and announce finalists. Check the official portal to confirm your finalist status and next steps.

Finalise Your Participation

Complete registration, pay participation fees, and request an official invitation for visa support if attending the Swiss Finals.

A non-refundable fee of CHF 25 is required for each project submission.
